If your order doesn't qualify, standard delivery costs from SAR 12 depending on the items, and arrives in 1 to 2 days in the main cities.

When we checked the help page on 23 October 2026, it said cash on delivery was temporarily unavailable and suggested cards, mada, instalments or gift cards instead.

When it is offered, the fee is SAR 17 and non-refundable, and you verify your mobile number with a one-time code. It doesn't appear if your open orders exceed SAR 1,000, if the cart has Global Store or digital items, or if you choose an Amazon pickup point.

Most products can be returned within 15 days of delivery through the Returns Center, in the condition they arrived with their packaging and accessories. Global Store items have 15 to 30 days, shown on the product page, and items marked non-returnable can only come back if they arrive damaged or wrong.

After the courier collects the return, Amazon may take up to two weeks to process it; the refund then shows on your card within 3 to 5 business days, or within 4 hours if you choose Amazon balance.

Two cases to note: refunds for cash on delivery orders go to your gift card balance, and mada refunds of SAR 200 or less made more than 30 days after purchase are issued as a gift card.
