iHerb Coupons & Promo Codes – Saudi Arabia 2026

iHerb's Saudi shipping page says Global Air with Tracking is free on orders from SAR 150 and costs SAR 30 below that. Chilled (climate-controlled) shipping is free from SAR 375 and costs SAR 40 below that. iHerb describes the threshold as a limited-time offer, and some products may be excluded by carrier rules.

The expected arrival date appears on the product and checkout pages for your city, and iHerb picks the carrier automatically. Some orders take longer because of air freight or customs clearance.

No. iHerb collects taxes and import fees on the checkout page itself to speed up clearance, so there is nothing left to pay at the door.

Prices on the site include 15% VAT, and the customs service fee is added at checkout under ZATCA rules. Even orders shipped from the Riyadh warehouse count as imports, because it sits in a special economic zone.

Saudi customs doesn't allow nutmeg, poppy seeds, or any product containing alcohol or pork derivatives. iHerb tries to hide these from shoppers in Saudi Arabia, but reading the ingredients yourself is safer.

Each order has two limits:

• Food, vitamins, herbal supplements and over-the-counter medicines: up to a 3-month personal supply.
• Non-food products, accessories and cosmetics: up to 20 items.

A promo code is entered on the checkout page and comes straight off the eligible items in your cart. Each code has an expiry date, a usage limit and the products or brands it covers.

A rewards code is a referral code that customers share with others, and it can't be combined with a promo code; if you add both, iHerb applies the larger discount and drops the other.

According to iHerb's published promotion rules, the usual reasons are:

• Another promo code is already in the cart, and only one is allowed.
• You added a rewards code together with a promo code, and they don't combine.
• Some brands are excluded from promotions and don't count towards the code's minimum.
• The code is limited to products or categories that aren't in your cart.
• The code has expired or reached its maximum number of uses.
• The code came in a personal email, so it is single-use and only for that email's owner.
• There is a trial item in the cart, and its special price can't be combined with other offers.

Product pages offer Tabby and Tamara in 4 interest-free payments, and the shipping page lists mada alongside Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

The Saudi shipping page doesn't list cash on delivery among the options. The methods available for your order appear after you enter the shipping address.

Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery and iHerb-brand products within 90 days, and you can ask for a replacement instead of a refund. Start the request from the Orders page in your account and wait for approval, which comes within 48 hours; don't send anything before then. After approval you have 14 days to ship it.

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method, and can take up to 35 days to appear for international returns. International returns don't come with a prepaid label, and the refund may be reduced by postage, currency differences or customs.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday at the end of November are among iHerb's strongest discount periods. All year there are brands of the week, trial offers and deals that need no code, all on the sales page.

Discounted items close to their Best By date are final sale. If your cart is close to the free shipping minimum, add something you need rather than paying for shipping.
