The main option (which SHEIN calls Express Shipping) is free on orders over SAR 99 and costs SAR 30 below that. Orders take 1 to 3 days to process and then usually arrive within 11 to 13 days. A faster option exists at a much higher fee.

If you cancel items and the total drops below the threshold, the shipping fee applies. Some marketplace sellers inside SHEIN have their own shipping fees, shown on the product page.

If an order arrives later than the expected date, SHEIN gives you 200 points under its on-time delivery promise.

SHEIN coupons come off the order at checkout; they aren't cashback. Some are added to your account under Me, then My Coupons, and some aren't tied to an account, such as influencer coupons or home-page pop-ups.

SHEIN's coupon policy lists these types:

• A fixed amount taken off the order.
• A percentage of the order total, excluding shipping and taxes.
• A percentage on non-discounted items only.
• Free shipping on the cheapest or the most expensive shipping option.

No; one coupon per order, and each coupon can be used once. If you return part of an order that used a coupon with a minimum and the rest falls below it, SHEIN deducts the difference from your refund.

The usual reasons for a rejection:

• The coupon has expired; it shows as unavailable and is removed after 3 months.
• The coupon is from another SHEIN site, and ar.shein.com coupons only work there.
• The cart has marketplace items the coupon doesn't cover, or the other way round.
• The order is below the minimum in the coupon terms.

The items must total between SAR 75 and SAR 1,875, and you confirm the order by text message. Each order carries an extra charge equal to USD 6.

In Saudi Arabia you pay the courier by card or at pickup points, not in cash. The option may not appear if you have cancelled many orders or refused deliveries before.

After confirming you can cancel from My Orders within a window of 10 minutes to 6 hours, as long as it hasn't shipped. Refunds for returns on these orders go to your SHEIN wallet within about 24 hours and can't be moved to a card.

With Tabby: choose it on the payment page and link your card, and the amount is split into 4 monthly payments with no interest or fees. With Visa or Mastercard the payments are taken automatically; with mada you pay each one yourself in the Tabby app.

Approval isn't guaranteed; it depends on your payment history and the cart size. If you return items, the remaining payments are reduced under SHEIN's return policy.

You have 15 days from delivery to return most items in new condition. The first return from each order is free however many pieces it includes; a second or third return from the same order has SAR 20 to SAR 30 deducted from the refund.

Once the return arrives and passes inspection, the money goes to your wallet or to the original payment method, which usually takes 2 to 7 business days. Washed, damaged or untagged returns are refused. For faulty items, contact customer service within 180 days of the order.

Items that can't be returned include:

• Swimwear, underwear and bodysuits.
• Jewellery and beauty products, and any cosmetic with a broken seal.
• Custom-made items and anything marked non-returnable.

You earn one point for every dollar spent on items, excluding shipping and taxes, once you confirm delivery in My Orders, plus extra points for reviews, and more when you add photos.

100 points equal one dollar and can cover up to 30% of the product value, but not shipping. Points expire, can't be used on other SHEIN sites, and don't work with some marketplace items.
