Trendyol Coupons & Promo Codes – Saudi Arabia 2026

Trendyol accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, mada, Apple Pay and cash on delivery, plus Tabby or Tamara instalments on purchases from SAR 100 to SAR 5,000. Choose the service on the payment page and complete its approval.

You can pay all or part of an order with Trendyol Coins, except for electronics.

The service fee is SAR 22.5 and isn't refunded even if you return the order; the order must be between SAR 100 and SAR 1,875 and eligible for free shipping. If it's split into several shipments, the fee is shared between them.

More importantly, the value of anything you return from a cash on delivery order comes back as Trendyol Coins, not cash, so if you'd rather get money back, choose another payment method from the start.

Orders may ship from Turkey or from Gulf countries; shipping fees vary by country and are shown in detail before you confirm, and some items carry a free shipping label. Prices include VAT, and the courier won't ask you for tax or customs at the door.

The expected delivery date appears on the product page, in the cart and in the order confirmation. Items from one store usually come in one parcel and items from different stores in separate parcels, and large items take longer because the seller delivers them. Deliveries happen on working days only.

With items in the cart, type the code in the discount code field under the order summary and tap Add; it comes off the total before you pay. Only one code is accepted per order.

Trendyol also adds coupons to your account, under My Account, then My Coupons, with their expiry date, minimum spend and terms. These coupons go back to your account if you cancel or return the order while they are still valid.

A coupon can't be added to an order after it has been placed; if you forgot it, cancel the order and place it again with the code. Before contacting support, make sure that:

• The code is typed correctly, with no spaces or missing characters.
• The cart reaches the minimum spend in the coupon terms.
• The coupon hasn't expired.
• The items in the cart are part of the offer.
• No other code is applied to the same order.

You have 15 days from delivery and returns are free. Get the return label from the order details, choose home pickup or a drop-off point, and use the label within 14 days. There are no exchanges; for another size, return and order again.

Returns aren't accepted for:

• Underwear and swimwear.
• Food, drinks and jewellery.
• Anything that shows signs of use or has been washed.
• Opened cosmetics; unopened ones in their original packaging can be returned.

Once the return reaches the warehouse and is accepted, the money comes back within 2 to 10 business days depending on how you paid, or instantly if you choose Coins credit, which can't be cashed out. With mada, refunds for orders older than 30 days can be delayed for regulatory reasons.

The amount can be lower in two cases:

• You used a discount code, so part of it is deducted in proportion to the returned item, and the code itself doesn't come back because it was single-use.
• After a partial return the rest of the order fell below the minimum, so the shipping fee is deducted.
