Do I need an account to order from Floward, and what can I order?
Yes. Orders are only accepted once you create an account or sign in, and you can save several addresses in the same account. You track the order in the app and receive updates on WhatsApp.
You don't have to include flowers: cakes, balloons and other gifts can be ordered on their own. If you need to change the gift card, the delivery location or the recipient's number after ordering, you can do it straight from the app or through customer service. To send one order on different dates, Floward recommends its subscriptions.

How fast does Floward deliver, and when is delivery free?
Products marked for express delivery in Riyadh arrive within 120 minutes, and delivery generally takes 2 to 4 hours depending on the city. You don't need to know the recipient's address, as Floward's team takes care of that for you.
Product pages in Riyadh show free delivery on orders over SAR 250, and the option to split the total into 4 payments with Tamara. Prices include tax, and each product page shows how many Floward points you earn by buying it.
How can I pay at Floward, and when does money come back for a cancelled or returned order?
Floward accepts prepaid cards and Visa and Mastercard credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and other digital wallets.
When an order paid online is refunded, the money reaches your app wallet within 3 days, or your bank account within 7 working days at most.

How do Floward flower subscriptions work?
You pick a plan, then choose how often it's delivered: weekly, twice a month or monthly. A subscription gives you up to 30% off, free delivery on every order and a free vase with the first delivery. The plans in Riyadh:
- Classic: from SAR 129 per delivery, with roses, lilies, carnations and more.
- Create your own: from SAR 142 per delivery, where you arrange your own bouquet.
- Seasonal: from SAR 173 per delivery, with flowers that change through the seasons.
Can I postpone or cancel a Floward order?
Postponing is easier than cancelling: as long as the order hasn't been prepared, it can be moved by up to 10 days; once it's prepared, it can be postponed by 48 hours at most. Food items and branded products can't be rescheduled.
Cancelling at least 24 hours before the delivery window starts, or by the recipient before the order is prepared, may qualify you for a full refund. Food items and branded products are excluded here too, because they're prepared more than 24 hours ahead. Note that Floward may cancel an order without a refund if it was fully prepared and they couldn't reach you or the recipient, or after more than 3 delivery attempts within 48 hours.

My order arrived damaged or late. What should I do?
Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery, from your profile in the app, then «Customer service», then «Contact us», and attach a photo of the order. Floward first offers a replacement; if you don't want one, you may get a partial refund as wallet credit, and compensation may be added.
An order counts as late if it arrives more than 4 hours after the end of the delivery window, unless the delay was beyond Floward's control. Floward isn't responsible for delays or wrong deliveries caused by incorrect recipient details, or for a recipient refusing the gift.

Which gifts can be returned to Floward?
Ask customer service to book a collection within 48 hours of delivery; the item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging with its tags. Jewellery, items that touch the skin and perfumes have a one-day window and must be sealed. Floward doesn't offer exchanges, but gives a full refund for an item that arrives damaged.
The return policy doesn't cover:
- Flowers and all food items.
- Underwear, cosmetics, personal care products and earrings.
- Candles, software, video games and natural materials.
- Special orders.
How long does Floward wallet credit stay valid?
Bank refunds go back to the card you paid with, while credit or compensation in your Floward wallet appears within 72 hours. How long the credit lasts depends on why it was given:
- Credit given as a refund: 12 months from the date it's issued.
- Credit given to resolve a problem with an order, a payment or a driver, or as compensation for a delay: two months only.
- Expired credit can't be used, reactivated or extended, and wallet credit in general can't be transferred or cashed out.
