Nice One Coupons & Promo Codes – Saudi Arabia 2026

No, and it's the most important thing to know before ordering: beauty and personal care products can't be returned or exchanged even when sealed, unless they arrive damaged. Devices are different; they can be returned if unused and unopened.

If an item arrives damaged, wrong or missing, open a ticket on the order or call 920033385. For a missing item you'll be asked to photograph everything you received, then the replacement is sent or you're credited to your wallet.

If you prepaid by Visa, mada or Apple Pay, the money comes back within 3 to 10 business days for cancellations before shipping, damaged items or missing items.

Inside Saudi Arabia when your order is over SAR 300, and to Gulf countries when it is over SAR 1,000.

Orders outside the Kingdom may face customs duties collected after shipping, which aren't included in the total you see at Nice One.

The clock starts when the order status changes to Shipped, not when you order; track it under My Account, then My Orders, then Track your order:

• Riyadh: within 48 hours.
• Other cities in the Kingdom: within 8 days.
• Outside Saudi Arabia: within 10 days.

Nice One accepts Tabby, Tamara, Madfu and Emkan, Visa, mada, Mastercard and American Express, Apple Pay, STC Pay and cash on delivery. Tamara has a minimum and maximum order value that change with its own policy.

The SAR 28 is a fee for deferring payment until delivery, not a delivery charge, and you avoid it by paying in advance. Cash on delivery is paused if you have an earlier order you didn't collect, and returns after one prepaid order. Outside Riyadh, some couriers may ask you to collect the parcel from their branch.

A code is a direct discount: type it in the Have a discount code? field at checkout and tap Activate, and the total drops straight away.

Wallet credit is taken in full from your next order automatically, and you pay the rest another way. Promotional credit is temporary and shows an expiry date in your account, while compensation credit or credit you top up yourself doesn't expire.

The reasons Nice One's help centre gives:

• The cart has discounted items, which the code doesn't cover, so it applies only to the rest.
• Another discount is on the order, such as a bank card or Apple Pay offer, and the code doesn't combine with others.
• The voucher has expired.
• You pasted the code; the store recommends typing it by hand.

Four steps before you tap Pay:

• Keep the cart above SAR 300 so shipping drops.
• Pay in advance to avoid the cash on delivery fee.
• If you have a card offer and a code, work out both and pick the better one, because they don't combine.
• Use promotional wallet credit before it expires.
